Proper candle care helps you enjoy a cleaner burn, stronger fragrance, and longer-lasting performance.
Allow your candle to burn for 2–3 hours during the first use until the melted wax reaches the edge of the container. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle’s life.
Trim the wick to 6 mm before every burn.
Unattended Burning: Never leave a burning candle unattended. extinguish completely when leaving the space or sleeping.
Clearance Zones: Maintain at least 30 cm of clear space above and around the candle from flammables, plants, or drafts.
Surface Protection: Always place candle vessels on flat, level, heat-resistant surfaces.
Child & Pet Safety: Keep lit and cooling candles strictly out of reach of children and household pets.
Wax Embed Care: Monitor during the initial burn so melted embeds (berries, daisies, cinnamon) melt smoothly without drowning the wick tip.
End-of-life Vessel Safety: Discontinue candle use when 12.5 mm of unmelted wax remains at the bottom.
Extinguishing Procedure: Extinguish using a snuffer or wick dipper. never use liquids or water to extinguish wax flames.
